About the role

A Cook position in a hotel kitchen responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food ingredients (mise en place) according to operational needs

• Cook and present food according to recipe standards, taste, portion, and hotel presentation requirements

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and kitchen supplies

• Ensure food ingredients are stored properly and fit for use

• Monitor food ingredient usage to reduce food waste

• Comply with SOP, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements

• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
