Customs Clearance Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

Handle customs clearance procedures for imported and exported goods in compliance with Indonesian customs regulations. Prepare and review customs documents, and coordinate with customs authorities, customs brokers, freight forwarders and relevant government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customs clearance procedures for imported and exported goods in compliance with Indonesian customs regulations

• Prepare and review customs documents, including invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin

• Coordinate with customs authorities, customs brokers, freight forwarders and relevant government agencies

• Monitor customs clearance progress and promptly resolve any issues arising during the process

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above

• 1–3 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export or a related field

• Mandarin proficiency equivalent to HSK 4 or above, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/WPS, especially Excel

• Familiar with Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures

• Local procurement experience is an advantage
