Customs Clearance & Customer Service (PPJK Certified) (Forwarding, C-135010)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in East Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Customs Clearance & Customer Service Staff (PPJK Certified)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify import/export declaration documents

• Liaise and correspond with customs authorities

• Handle customs clearance issues and troubles

• Respond to customer inquiries

• Manage progress of customs clearance procedures

• Report to internal managers

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Business level English for communication with customers and internal stakeholders

• At least 3 years of work experience in same positoin

• Must have PPJK License

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Candidates with connections at Jakarta Customs are welcomed
