About the role

This role involves developing and implementing CRM strategies to maintain relationships with prospective and current customers. You will manage customer databases, handle inquiries and complaints with communication and empathy, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategy to maintain relationships with prospective and current customers

• Manage, update, and maintain accuracy of customer database

• Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to monitor customer interactions and follow-ups

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and needs with communication and empathy

• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales team, to ensure optimal service

• Prepare periodic reports related to data and customer satisfaction
