Credit Operations MSME & Fleet Assistant Manager

Job descriptions:

• Conduct creditworthiness assessments for financing applications submitted by prospective customers.

• Review and analyze prospective debtors' documents, including bank statements and company legal documentation.

• Prepare credit analysis reports, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations for financing decisions.

• Ensure financing application documents are complete and comply with company requirements.

• Ensure all credit analysis activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all credit-related documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.

• Conduct site visits, surveys, or verification of prospective debtor information when required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Credit Analyst.

• Proficient in preparing credit memorandums, credit analysis reports, and business correspondence.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experienced in financial data processing and analysis using Microsoft Excel.

• Good understanding of bank statement reconciliation and analysis.

• Solid knowledge of credit analysis principles (5C, 7P, and risk assessment), OJK SLIK checks, and credit due diligence processes.

• Knowledge of the mining, forestry, construction, and equipment rental industries is preferred.
