Cost Accounting Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze cost budgets.

• Track daily and project production cost efficiency and evaluate any deviations.

• Accurately calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Cost of Goods Manufactured by tracking the costs of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure accurate warehouse inventory records, oversee routine stocktaking, and analyze inventory value adjustments and asset depreciation.

• Prepare monthly expense reports that are timely, accurate, and compliant with Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK/IFRS) to assist management in strategic decision-making.

• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare separate reports for trading and manufacturing entities.

• Manage the company's Accounting system or reporting tools to ensure data is consistent and up-to-date.

• Prepare data for internal and external audits, ensuring that each transaction has valid supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with Certificated Brevet A & B.

• Certificated Cost Accounting will be advantage.

• Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in Cost Accounting. In-depth understanding of Financial Accounting Standards (SAK/IFRS) and Indonesian tax regulations (UU KUP).

• Proficiency in using Accurate Online and advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. Can work under pressure.
