About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Specialist to join at GAIA Hotels & Resorts in Central Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in managing our corporate tax obligations and ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. As Corporate Tax Specialist, you will provide expert tax guidance to support our business objectives whilst minimizing tax exposure and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. This role is integral to our financial planning and risk management processes, directly contributing to the company's profitability and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle annual and monthly tax reporting (VAT, Withholding Tax Article 4(2)/15/21/23/26) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations

• Ensure timely submission via Tax Office or Coretax System

• Having excellence knowledge and skill about Indonesian tax regulations

• Assist in developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax, with minimum 2 years of experience in tax compliance

• Strong knowledge of VAT and Withholding Tax reporting

• Experienced in handling SP2DK, SP2 or tax audit is highly preferred

• Brevet A & B certified (mandatory)

• Proficient in Indonesian tax reporting systems (DJP Online and Coretax)

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
