Corporate Strategy

• Oversee the preparation of detailed planning designs supported by relevant data, aligned with the company's strategic plan
• Ensure the availability of analysis results required for formulating the Strategic Plan, Long-Term Corporate Plan (RJPP), and Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAP)
• Ensure alignment between corporate plans and work unit plans
• Improve the effectiveness of internal and external data recording systems to support the preparation of the Strategic Plan, RJPP, and RKAP
• Manage Enterprise Architecture as well as business and product portfolios
• Review evaluations of corporate and work unit performance effectiveness
• Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate management systems (ISO QHSE, GRC)
• Ensure the availability and implementation of work unit policies, strategies, and SOPs in accordance with business processes
• Review performance reports from work units

Kualifikasi

• Barchelore degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or consulting roles
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business strategies within large organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work with complex data sets
• Excellent knowledge of strategic planning frameworks and methodologies
• Proven experience in conducting market analysis and competitive positioning and financial modeling
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior executives
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools and business intelligence software
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, written and spoken
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across organizational levels
