Corporate Planning Analyst

Corporate Planning Analyst will be responsible to:

1. Identify and control the implementation of the company's business activities
2. Ensure that all of the company's business strategies can be implemented optimally in accordance with the planned targets.
3. Conduct PDCA:

• Plan: Gather the data from all business unit
• Do: (a) Ensure there is alignment between management strategy and business units; (b) Identifying, compiling reports, and analyze company business data activities so that it can be evaluated by management; (c) Ensure the data or information that will be processed into reports for management is correct and accurate.
• Check: Prepare monthly review with every business unit to plan activities to achieve company's business targets.
• Action: Ensure the implementation of the planned activities and provide suggestion to business units that need correction so that they can achieve optimal targets.

Kualifikasi

• Min. Bachelor's Degree: Any Major.
• Able to analyze data of different business units and create meaningful insights.
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience will be a plus. Exceptional freshers can also be considered (such as overseas student exchange like IISMA, etc).
• Willing to work in a fast paced performance oriented organization.
• Attention to detail.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, business metrics, and commercial operations.
• Grounded in basic financial literacy and business metrics, with a strong commitment to furthering commercial acumen.
