About the Role

We are seeking a talented Corporate Communication & Event Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team at our Central Jakarta office. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our corporate image whilst orchestrating engaging events that strengthen stakeholder relationships. You will be instrumental in developing and executing integrated communication strategies and memorable events that align with our organisational objectives and enhance our brand presence in the market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and internal celebrations that reflect our company values

• Manage media relations and liaise with external stakeholders to enhance corporate visibility and reputation

• Create engaging internal communications to foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture

• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting and on-site coordination

• Produce high-quality communication materials including press releases, newsletters, presentations and marketing collateral

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

• Manage crisis communication protocols and support the organisation in maintaining positive stakeholder relationships during challenging situations

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand communication needs and deliver tailored solutions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, event management or a similar role within a corporate environment

• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale corporate events from conception to completion

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English

• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office suite and basic graphic design tools

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication channels
