Corporate Chef

About the role

Corporate Chef will support brand, marketing, digital activation and create innovation in Creative Food Solution using SASA Product and build relationship with SASA customers. The role involves maintaining kitchen and developing menus that will be served to customers of Sasa Eatery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead food solution suitable and innovation by creating a variety of food experiences for all stakeholder appetites

• Support menu creation for Food Service Department

• Build the credibility of the Brand & Sasa Products through cooking class at Studio Kreasi Sasa

• Introduce Sasa Non MSG product to consumers through internal and external experiences

• Collaborate with internal team on viral menu content and optimize user experiences

• Support R&D to develop and improve final taste before launching the product

• Support all Sasa's on ground activation by creating menu creation

• Lead all cooking activity as permanent or guest star at University and Culinary School

About you

• Min. S1 formal education

• Minimum 3 years experience as corporate chef and understand marketing strategy for the product

• Food Creation & Application expertise

• Cooking Skill in hot kitchen will be key selling point

• Communication Strategy competency and public speaking

• Placement: HO Sasa Inti (Jakarta Barat)
