Coordinator Marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Event, Leasing, Sponsorship, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Creative, proactive, and sociable with strong networking abilities
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to be placed at Samasta Bali

Job Description

• Develop and coordinate marketing, event, shopping programs, and promotional activities
• Manage event, sponsorship, and casual leasing activities
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, sponsors, vendors, and external partners
• Identify potential sponsorship and casual leasing opportunities
• Monitor program execution, budget, and target achievement
• Prepare activity reports and evaluations
