Content & Social Media Leader - BEAUTY

What you’ll do:
• Lead content & social media strategy, especially TikTok & Instagram
• Develop content pillars, ideas, and monthly content calendars
• Lead the content process from ideation → briefing → production → review → publishing
• Monitor trends and turn them into relevant beauty content
• Coordinate with creators, designers, videographers, editors, KOLs, and related teams
• Analyze content performance and develop improvement strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, KOL, and E-commerce teams

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Content, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics brands is highly preferred
• Strong preference for candidates who have experience with established/well-known beauty brands
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram & short-form content
• Able to develop content strategy and ideas independently
• Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and leadership
• Not just a content executor — we’re looking for someone who can lead the direction of the content
