Content Creator

About the role

As a Content Creator, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, crafting compelling narratives and visual content that resonates with our target audience across multiple digital platforms. This position is ideal for creative professionals who are passionate about storytelling and want to make a tangible impact on our brand's digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company's various digital platforms and communicate with consumers (social media, google reviews, websites, etc.)

• Create content concepts according to the company's character

• Performing digital trend analysis, especially in the F&B field for material content

• Collaborating with PR Marketing Officer and Graphic Designers to create advertising content/campaigns

• Collaborating with influencers and other external parties to increase engagement

• Edit photos and videos, design according to company needs

• Respond to consumer comments and questions on digital platforms and customer care

• Cooperating with the team in providing feedback related to questions, complaints, suggestions, and input from consumers

• Documentation of products, atmosphere, and activities according to company needs

What we're looking for

• Minim. D3 Communication & Visual Design (DKV), Communication, or related

• Minim. 1 years experience as Content Creator or related

• Accustomed to creating content in the field of Food & Beverage

• Able to use software for design, photo and video editing

• Up-to-date with trends on social media

• An active social media user and able to handle company social media

• Fluent in English (Oral and Written)

• Attention to detail and have good public speaking
