Job Description :
We are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager for a hotel
expansion project in Sanur, Bali.
The project involves constructing a new four-storey hotel building with approximately 35 additional rooms and a rooftop restaurant/breakfast area, integrated with our existing operating hotel.
We are looking for a project-based appointment for the duration of construction, rather than a permanent employment arrangement.
The selected PM will represent the hotel owner and be responsible for construction coordination, contractor supervision, quality control, budget monitoring, progress reporting, and project handover.
