ABOUT THE ROLE
PT Manajemen Gotong Royong is looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our Operations team as an Online Concierge. If you enjoy guest communication, are highly organized, and want to start your career in the property and hospitality industry, this is the right opportunity for you!

Serve as the remote point of contact for guests across GORO-managed villas, managing all guest communication from pre-arrival through post-stay across multiple platforms and channels.

REQUIREMENTS
– Fresh graduate or currently pursuing SMK, STP, D3, or S1 in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
– Fluent in English — written and spoken (non-negotiable)
– Proficient in WhatsApp Business, email, and guest messaging platforms
– Familiar with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, and similar
– Experienced or knowledgeable in pre-arrival coordination, in-stay requests, and post-stay follow-up
– Strong background in handling guest complaints professionally and with composure
– Able to coordinate remotely with on-ground teams (Villa Manager, Housekeeping, Maintenance)
– Able to manage multiple guest conversations simultaneously
– A self-driven individual who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and thrives in a collaborative remote environment
– Own device and reliable internet connection required
– Available during peak guest hours, including evenings and weekends
– Plus: previous experience in property management or hospitality
