Commercial & Partnership Manager (Casual Leasing Manager)

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a similar position, preferably within the shopping mall industry.

• Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, partnerships, and public relations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented with strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop commercial and partnership strategies, annual work plans, KPIs, and budgets.

• Achieve commercial revenue, branding, and area occupancy targets.

• Build and expand B2B networks and strategic partnerships.

• Experience in the field of casual leasing marketing.

• Negotiate with prospective partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and collaboration partners.

• Lead, evaluate, coach, and develop team members.
