Job Description :
1. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly commercial strategies, and translate them into actionable plans by channel, campaign, and customer segment.
2. Define pricing and promotional strategies that protect profitability and brand positioning while reducing dependency on discounting.
3. Manage digital advertising strategy and budget, monitoring ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate.
4. Build CRM strategies covering acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty to grow customer lifetime value.
5. Develop strategic partnerships, B2B opportunities, and new sales channels.
6. Direct visual merchandising to support conversion and commercial campaigns.
7. Lead the team, set KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Supply, and Omnichannel Operation.

Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. 5-7 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, in commercial, revenue growth, or sales strategy (retail/fashion background is a plus).
3. Strong command of commercial planning, revenue forecasting, pricing and promotion economics, and commercial P&L and contribution margin analysis.
4. Hands-on experience managing digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplace ads).
5. Solid understanding of customer segmentation, CRM, sales analytics, and funnel analysis.
6. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and BI dashboards.
7. Strategic and analytical thinker, decisive, execution-oriented, with strong cross-functional communication and negotiation skills.
