CLUB OPERATIONS MANAGER (EXPATRIATE MAY APPLY)

About the role

We are a premium fitness and wellness club in Bali, combining fitness, coaching, recovery, wellness, F&B and lifestyle experiences under one club.

We are looking for an experienced Club Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of our Bali branch. This is a senior leadership position for someone who can manage a complex, high-volume operation while also understanding revenue, profitability, people and member experience.

The Club Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the club. You will lead the club's HOD team and ensure all departments work together to deliver strong financial performance, excellent operational standards, high member satisfaction, effective people management, consistent service quality and continuous business improvement.

This is a commercially minded leadership role where you must deliver both an excellent member experience and strong business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the club's HOD team and ensure all departments work together effectively

• Deliver strong financial performance and manage revenue and profitability

• Maintain excellent operational standards across the club

• Ensure high member satisfaction and consistent service quality

• Manage and develop people across the organisation

• Drive continuous business improvement

• Work with budgets, P&L and performance reports

• Solve problems independently and make decisive decisions

• Maintain visible presence on the club floor

• Build accountability within management teams

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Hospitality Management, MBA or Related Field

• Minimum 3 years management and 7 years professional experience

• Proven experience managing multiple departments or a complex operation

• Experience managing a sizeable team

• An experienced senior manager with a proven track record of running a sizable operation in Bali and/or Indonesia

• Commercially minded and comfortable being accountable for revenue and profitability

• Strong in people leadership and capable of managing HODs

• Highly organised and operationally disciplined

• Strong understanding of KPI's, budgets and financial performance

• Strong English communication skills
