Job Description :

• Clinic Operations & Compliance : Ensure smooth daily operations, maintain equipment and inventory, manage patient scheduling, and uphold compliance with health and licensing regulations.

• Team Leadership & Service Excellence : Lead and schedule the clinic team, monitor performance, resolve customer concerns, and foster a disciplined, service-oriented culture.

• Performance Management & Reporting : Drive clinic target achievement through strategic planning and accurate reporting on sales, revenue, and operational KPIs.

Requirements :

• Experience & Skills: 1–2 years in service industry (healthcare preferred), proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and public speaking abilities, excellent communication, and team coordination.

• Work Ethic & Mindset: Target-driven, fast learner, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with high initiative.

• Operational Knowledge: Understanding of clinic operations, administration, licensing, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
