What We’re Looking For :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a global luxury retail brand (jewelry, watches, fashion, or accessories)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin is a plus

• Excellent communication, grooming, and customer empathy

• Proven ability to drive results in a high-end sales environment

• Work placement in Jakarta

As a Client Advisor, your mission is to achieve and exceed sales targets by applying your:

• Salesmanship – masterful product presentation and upselling techniques

• Clienteling – building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients to strengthen brand loyalty and increase regular clients’ databases

• Negotiation skills – tact, charm, and commercial intelligence to close with confidence
