Civil & MEP Project Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project administration, including documentation, reporting, and project records.

• Coordinate building maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain safe, reliable, and operational.

• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, budgets, and project schedules.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.

• Analyze project issues and provide practical, effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead, guide, and support the project team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop project teams.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Demonstrates integrity, discipline, accountability, and a proactive work attitude.

• Able to delegate tasks effectively while ensuring timely resolution of project-related issues.
