Chinese Translator and Data Recap Staff (Fresh Graduate Preferable)

Role purpose

Support Mandarin-Indonesian workplace communication and organize business development (BD) and platform store data so the operations team can understand and use the information.

Core Responsibilities

• Translation and communication: support translation and everyday workplace communication between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia speakers.

• Data collection: gather BD and store data available on the platform according to the team's needs.

• Data organisation and summaries: organise information into clear, traceable tables and data summaries.

• Basic reporting: prepare basic tables and reports using Microsoft Excel.

Essential qualifications

• University graduate. The contract specifies no particular major or minimum work experience.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin for everyday work, type in Mandarin and use Bahasa Indonesia.

• Detail-oriented, with basic Microsoft Excel skills.
