Chef de Partie (Hot Kitchen & Pastry)

PT Pangansari Utama is looking for chef positions at PSU PT. Freeport Indonesia Project - Timika, Papua.

1. Chef de Partie - Papua Cafe
2. CDP Pastry - Lupa Lelah Club

Requirements:

• Have 3 years experience as Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef in a 4 – 5 star hotel or equivalent.
• Diploma III Graduates majoring in Food & Beverage.
• Possesses training certification in Food & Beverage Production.
• Strong knowledge of various cuisines (Western, Asian, Indonesian).
• Expertise in pastry and dessert production (cakes, breads, viennoiserie, plated desserts).
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP / Food Handler Certification preferred).
• Has good supervisory skill to lead the location in the absence of the Executive Chef.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
