What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Ensuring that the payment process at the checkout counter is fast and secure according to the authority.

• Ensuring that by the end of the day, the total amount collected is balanced.

• Offer solutions to frequently asked questions. This helps to make the shopping experience better in the future for everyone.

• Handling payments and complaints in an efficient, accurate and friendly way.

• Maintaining all equipment used in the checkout and cash office.

We want you to be a person who:

• Experience of customer focus and customer services, preferably experienced in checkout/cashier area. 

• Good communication skills and emotional resilience and ability to handle conflict. 

• Helpful and friendly in my approach to my customers, always aiming for a win-win situation and for repeat business. 

• Having a good common sense and attention to detail. 

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment. As our store trades 7 days a week, you have the ability to work a mix of day.
