About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for our Investment Company to lead PT Sibima Berkarya Mandiri with strategic vision and operational excellence. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future direction of a progressive investment organisation.

As CEO, you will be responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic direction, driving financial performance, and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organisation. You will have direct accountability to the Board of Directors and will be instrumental in positioning the company for sustainable growth in the competitive investment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with the company's vision, mission, and long-term objectives

• Lead all aspects of business operations, ensuring effective management of resources, investments, and portfolios across multiple sectors

• Oversee financial performance, profitability, and return on investment, with direct accountability for revenue targets and cost management

• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, partners, and regulatory bodies

• Identify new investment opportunities and market expansion strategies to drive business growth

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and risk management frameworks

• Represent the company at Board meetings and provide regular strategic updates on business performance and market conditions

• Drive organisational transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and competitive positioning

• Foster innovation and adapt business strategies in response to market dynamics and emerging opportunities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience, with at least 8+ years in a CEO or equivalent C-suite position within the investment, finance, or related sectors

• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies that have delivered measurable financial results and sustainable growth

• Deep understanding of investment markets, portfolio management, risk assessment, and financial performance metrics

• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budget management, and capital allocation strategies

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across multiple functions and geographies

• Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities, anticipate market trends, and adapt to changing business environments

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with proven ability to build and maintain relationships at the highest levels

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business fundamentals, including revenue generation, profitability, and operational efficiency

• Knowledge of Indonesian business environment and regulatory landscape is highly advantageous

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent discipline

• MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification is preferred
