Cdp / Demi Chef / Commis

Requirements

• Have experience as a CDP/Demi Chef/Commis especially in Western cuisine, for at least 2 years

• Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude

• Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST for leader

Job Description

• Execute and maintain product quality and quantity standards

• Set menus to make standard recipes and food costs

• Understand the standard recipe according to the applicable SOP in the company regarding product quality and quantity

• Maintain the availability of raw materials according to the division of responsibility

• Maintain cleanliness (hygienic standards) work area and environment

• Maintain work tools and equipment properly and regularly according to the assigned function
