Job Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and product availability at the Distribution Center (DC) to ensure sufficient inventory for stores.

• Analyze sales, stock movement, inventory levels, and demand to determine replenishment requirements.

• Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) based on stock needs and sales forecasts.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, product availability, and lead times.

• Monitor incoming goods and follow up on delayed, incomplete, or outstanding deliveries.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize overstock and out-of-stock situations.

• Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving products and coordinate appropriate actions.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Store Operations, and suppliers to ensure smooth product availability.

• Monitor product pricing, promotions, and purchasing terms in accordance with company agreements.

• Prepare purchasing, inventory, and replenishment reports for management.

• Follow up on product issues such as shortages, damages, discrepancies, and supplier claims.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, purchasing, replenishment, or supply chain.

• Good understanding of inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing, and distribution center operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, and reporting.

• Able to analyze sales trends, stock movement, inventory levels, and product demand.

• Experienced in preparing and monitoring Purchase Orders (PO) and replenishment orders.

• Good communication and negotiation skills when coordinating with suppliers.

• Able to monitor supplier deliveries, lead times, and product availability.

• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling purchasing and inventory data.

• Able to identify overstock, out-of-stock, slow-moving, and fast-moving products.

• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Good coordination skills with Merchandising, Purchasing, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Store Operations teams.
