Casual Leasing Officer (Malang Town Square)

Job Description:

• Proactively source exhibitors to occupy exhibition spaces in accordance with the mall’s established targets.

• Achieve revenue and tenant occupancy targets as determined by mall management.

• Identify and source Exhibition Organizers with high-quality products.

• Prepare all documentation related to exhibition space rentals, including correspondence with prospective tenants.

• Maintain and update databases of prospective and active tenants.

• Monitor the loading and unloading of exhibition materials and ensure that exhibition spaces are used in accordance with agreed terms.

• Enter Letters of Offer (LOOs) into the EPRO system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Understanding of current market and submarket conditions.

• Strong planning, negotiation, and market analysis skills.

• Ability to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly leasing reports.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Excellent customer service and client management skills.
