About the role

PISON Group is seeking a professional, experienced, and service-oriented Captain Floor to join our Front of House team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, supervising the service team, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining consistent service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front of House and floor operations during service

• Supervise and coordinate Waiters/Waitresses, Runners, and other service staff

• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service

• Monitor table assignments, guest flow, reservations, seating, and table turnover

• Ensure food and beverages are served accurately and according to company standards

• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and Front of House team to ensure smooth service

• Monitor guest needs and handle inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally

• Assist in resolving guest complaints and escalate issues to the Manager when required

• Conduct pre-service briefings and communicate daily operational information to the team

• Delegate tasks and ensure team members are properly assigned during service

About you

• Previous experience as a Captain Floor, Floor Captain, Senior Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar supervisory role

• Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and Front of House operations

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally

• Good knowledge of table management, guest flow, and restaurant operations

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Ability to remain calm and make decisions during busy service periods

• Good teamwork, organization, and time management skills
