Requirement

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, Mechatronics Engineering, or other relevant engineering discipline.

2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in submarine cable, subsea, offshore, marine, oil & gas, or other asset-intensive operations.

3. Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.

4. Hands-on operational exposure to submarine cable laying, installation, repair, or maintenance operations is strongly preferred.

5. Good understanding of the submarine cable installation lifecycle, including mobilization, cable loading/handling, laying, burial, post-lay activities, restoration/repair, and demobilization.

6. Experience managing or supporting specialized cable installation equipment such as Linear Cable Engine (LCE)/Tensioner, Cable Plough, ROV & LARS/TMS, cable handling equipment, jointing equipment, and restoration equipment is highly advantageous.

7. Strong experience in equipment maintenance, reliability, asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and operational readiness.

8. Experience in budgeting, OPEX/CAPEX planning, cost control, manpower/resource planning, and vendor/OEM management.

9. Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, control, and instrumentation systems.

10. Familiarity with PMS/CMMS, equipment certification and calibration, RCA, MOC, functional testing, integrated testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.

11. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, prioritization, and decision-making capability.

12. Strong communication and presentation skills, including communication with senior management.

13. Good command of English, written and spoken.

14. Willing to travel and support vessel mobilization and offshore submarine cable operations as required.
