Butler/Villa Host (Pecatu)

BaliSuperHost is looking for candidates for the position of Butler/Villa Host. We are seeking friendly, communicative, and professional individuals to provide exceptional guest experiences, ensure smooth villa operations, and maintain high standards of service throughout our guests’ stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a personalized, warm experience

• Assist guests with requests, reservations, and villa services

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction

• Monitor villa readiness and ensure all facilities are operational

• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly

• Provide information about local attractions, experiences, and services

• Maintain records of guest requests and feedback

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or a Villa Host role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, attentive, and detail-oriented

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Professional, friendly, and guest-oriented attitude

• Flexible and able to work in Pecatu, Bali
