Business Strategy & Performance Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Partner closely with Directors and leadership teams on strategic business and product decisions.

• Develop insights and recommendations to support growth, portfolio and transformation initiatives.

• Lead strategic projects and ensure effective execution across functions.

• Drive alignment between Product Development, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations.

• Facilitate Go-To-Market readiness and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

• Translate complex business challenges into structured action plans and measurable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

• 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Strategic PMO, Product Strategy or related fields.

• Strong business acumen with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor for senior leadership.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in fashion, retail, consumer goods, FMCG or product-driven businesses is a plus.
