Business Development Manager (Printing, 134989)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in North Cikarang.

• Our client is an Printing company. Currently, they are looking for Business Development Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the label printing industry

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, particularly those in need of label printing solutions

• Manage and expand the customer database to generate new sales opportunities

• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business negotiations

• Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales performance, and report progress to managemen

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and orders are delivered effectively

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major

• Business level of English

• At least 3 years of experience as Sales or Business Development Assistant Manager in printing industry particularly in label printing, experienced in acquire new customer with customer database

• Have a car

• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, proactive, and capable of relationship management skills
