Business Development Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or related fields;

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management, especially in the financial, insurance, or consulting sectors;

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written;

• Strong negotiation, presentation, also building and maintaining relationships with clients;

• Results and sales target oriented;

• Understanding of sales and marketing strategies also good understanding of tax consultant services;

• Strong insight into tax regulations and changes in the industry;
  

Responsibilities:

• Finding and identifying new business opportunities to increase client base;

• Conducting product and service presentations to prospective clients;

• Managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction;

• Developing sales strategies to achieve set targets;

• Work closely with the consulting team to ensure full understanding of the products and services offered.
