Business Consultant Distribution & Contract Logistics

Qualifications:

·       Minimum bachelor's degree from Logistics, International Business, Management, or any major.

·       Minimum 2-3 years of experience in distribution, trucking, warehousing, and contract logistics.

·       Excellent presentation, communication, and business negotiation skills.

·       Familiar with using CRM tools and developing pipeline/forecast.

·       Understand clearance processes, shipping SLAs, incoterms, and customs documentation needs.

Responsibilities:

·       Identify new business opportunities and prospective customers in distribution, trucking, warehousing, and contract logistics segments.

·       Develop strategic approaches and implement sales plans to achieve set revenue targets.

·       Conduct joint sales calls, courtesy calls, customer visits, and other relationship activities to maintain customer loyalty.

·       Handle customer complaints directly and propose short-term and long-term improvement solutions.

·       Provide regular pipeline, visit results, and opportunity conversion reports for monitoring purposes.

·       Conduct competitor research and market trends to support business penetration and development.

·       Develop new product (service/customized service) ideas or proposals according to strategic customer needs.

·       Adjust sales activities and approaches to the development of systems, processes, and company policies.
