Building & Workplace Facility Management Officer

• Manage and ensure that bank facility operations run optimally, safely, and according to standards, with a focus on building maintenance and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems

• Monitor vendor performance related to facilities and MEP.

• Control expenses to ensure they are within budget.

• Ensure all activities comply with OHS regulations and bank standards.

• Manage asset data and maintenance history.

• Prepare monthly reports on facility and MEP conditions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering)

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management.

• Understanding of MEP systems.

• Able to manage teams and vendors.

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to be placed in Puri, Jakarta Barat

• Employment Type: Contract
