About the role

Brand Activation Team member at TBS Food, responsible for developing outlet partnerships, executing brand activation programs, and driving product visibility and sales growth in food service establishments.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and develop potential outlets and food service establishments
• Build and maintain partnerships with outlet owners
• Execute branding and brand activation programs
• Ensure TBS Food products have good visibility at outlets
• Conduct sampling, product trials, promotions, and bundling activities
• Drive product usage and increase sales volume
• Monitor, document, and report on outlet performance

About you

• Experience in Food Service
• Experience as Sales Senior, Team Leader, or SPV Promosi
• Experience as SMD, SPV Promosi, or SPV/Team Leader (valued)
• Understanding of sales to food service establishments, warung makan, soto, or B2B
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to drive a vehicle
• Willing to work actively in the field, including loading/unloading and carrying goods
