Branch Manager Denpasar

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT. Fohoway International Indonesia as a Branch Manager. In this full-time role based in Denpasar Bali, you will be responsible for managing and growing the branch, building strong relationships with clients, members and customers, and driving revenue growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate business opportunities through professional prospecting and networking

• Coordinate marketing, sales, customer service, and financial management activities

• Monitor and ensure operational procedures (SOPs) are carried out correctly

• Develop business plans and forecast strategies

• Manage and supervise staff, including providing training, development, and motivation

• Conduct operational, product, and employee evaluations

• Create demand by mapping customer needs

• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunity

• Drive the entire process from outreach, solutioning, negotiating and closing

• Log all sales activity and report all activity to management

About you

• Minimum 3 years experience working with enterprise segmentation

• Experience managing people and markets

• Bachelor's degree, any major with minimum GPA 3.0

• Great interpersonal skills and teamwork

• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills

• Creative person, fast learner and adaptive

• Managing relationships and being point-of-contact for clients

• Familiar with sales tools such as Microsoft Office

• Active English proficiency
