Are you passionate about both music and leadership? Rhapsodie Group is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in music school and retail store branches. As a Branch Manager, you will be the face of our brand — driving operational excellence, team performance, customer satisfaction, and community engagement in one of our flagship locations.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations of the store and music school
• Ensure smooth learning/teaching coordination with Head of Education
• Maintain inventory, handle procurement, and manage merchandising

Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate staff members
• Manage shift schedules, performance reviews, and goal setting
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team culture

Customer Experience

• Provide top-tier service to walk-in customers, students and parents
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Promote music products, classes, and services to the local community

Sales & Growth

• Achieve revenue targets through retail products and students enrollment
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans for continuous improvement
• Execute local marketing activities and partnerships
• Drive branch business growth by initiating and leading local marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships to increase market share and revenue.

Persyaratan

Requirements:

• Proven branch management experience as similar role (preferebly in hospitality, services, or banking industry)
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling tools, and office software
• Excellent organizational skills
• Results driven and customer focused
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek area
