[BPKB Loan] Telesales Agent

Tanggung jawab

1. Answer customer questions on the BPKB loan, including eligibility, vehicle, amount, tenor, and application steps,etc.
2. Follow up with interested customers on WhatsApp and move them through to closing.
3. Check and verify application progress, including completed pages, survey scheduling, and outstanding documents,etc.
4. Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Persyaratan

1. Minimum education: High School or equal / D3/S1
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a WhatsApp/Chat Agent, Customer Service Agent, or Telesales Agent.
3. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or CRM systems is a plus.
4. Target-oriented, disciplined, responsive, and able to handle a high volume of leads.
5. Experience in fintech, multifinance, or BPKB financing is a plus.
