Boutique Sales Assistant

Job Description (Responsibilities)

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards

• Handle customer transactions accurately (cash, card, and other payment methods)

• Manage stock, including receiving, restocking, and inventory checking

• Ensure product displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional way

• Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail/store (fashion industry is a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Well-groomed and presentable appearance

• Sales-driven and target-oriented

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Able to work both independently and in a team

• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Familiar with POS system is an advantage

• Intermediate English skills (spoken) are required

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate
