Bottom Manufacturing Engineer - PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia

As the Bottom Manufacturing Engineer, you'll Support Engineer II for manufacturing readiness execution, continuous improvement ideas and suggestions in footwear manufacturing process, support data collection, root cause analysis and action plan follow up.

What You'll Lead and Drive

• Collaborate with other departments for manufacturing readiness of the mass production models

• Support line proliferation manufacturing process consistency retention across facilities

• Support MPPA to secure manufacturing readiness

• Production continuous improvement ideas, trials implementation and follow up

• Support LCA (Low Cost Automation ) solutions and implementation

• Support root cause analysis and improvement actions follow up during PPC and line walkthrough activities with PMO ME

• Support Buyer ME initiatives roll out and follow up

• Documentation management of continuous improvement data analysis

• Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS Energy, Quality and Environment

• Follow company program:

  • Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.

  • Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.

What you bring

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority

• Candidates must have at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineer

• Fresh graduated or 1 year working experince in chemical

• Required languages: English

• Knowledge’s and Skills: Footwear manufacturing understanding, Production & engineering process knowledge, Problem solving and analytical skill, Communication teamwork and Adaptable and eager to learn

• Attitude: Customer Focus, Delivers Quality and Cultivates Innovation

• Understanding vision mission company and safety policy

• Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment
