Bidan/Midwife

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for babies aged 0–2 years.

2. Assist with daily routines, including feeding, diaper changing, nap time, and personal hygiene.

3. Engage babies in fun, age-appropriate activities that support their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

4. Build positive and caring relationships with babies, parents, and team members.

5. Monitor each baby's well-being, development, and daily activities.

6. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.

7. Communicate effectively with parents and team members in English.

8. Work closely with other teachers and caregivers to ensure quality care.

9. Respond quickly and appropriately to babies' needs.

10. Follow daycare policies, safety procedures, and daily schedules.
