About the role

Beautician / Brow Artist role involving eyebrow treatment services including microblading, shading/ombre, and combination brows, as well as other non-medical beauty treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with patients to determine eyebrow shape and colour suited to face shape, skin tone, and patient preference

• Perform eyebrow treatments such as microblading, shading/ombre, and combination brows according to SOP

• Perform eyebrow mapping and design with precision before treatment

• Understand pigment colour selection and mixing according to skin condition and eyebrow hair

• Maintain cleanliness, sterilisation of tools, and treatment area according to clinic standards

• Provide education on before care, aftercare, healing process, and touch-up to patients

• Document before and after photos for each treatment

• Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction during treatment

• Assist with other non-medical beauty treatments according to training and clinic SOP

• Prepare treatment room, tools, materials, and ensure treatment supplies are in stock

About you

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work area after each patient

• Ability to offer treatments or products suited to patient needs without hard selling

• Willingness to follow training and updates on eyebrow treatment techniques and other beauty treatments

• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, admin, and operational team and follow management direction
