Barista Supervisor

About the role

Lead and manage barista team operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent quality in beverage preparation and service. This role combines hands-on barista expertise with leadership responsibilities, including staff training, quality control, and menu development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage barista team operations

• Work mobile between outlets for monitoring and supervision

• Ensure all beverages are made according to standard recipes and quality standards

• Conduct briefings and training for barista team members

• Control stock of raw materials and bar operational needs

• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and readiness of work area

• Support menu development and beverage quality improvement

• Perform quality control on taste, presentation, and product consistency

• Conduct stock opname and inventory control

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Barista

• Experience as Supervisor Barista or Barista Leader (preferred)

• Proficient in espresso-based coffee, manual brew, non-coffee beverages

• Understand operation and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and bar equipment

• Ability to create new beverages for menu inclusion

• Leadership capability and ability to manage, train, and guide barista team

• Understand bar SOP, hygiene and sanitation, and food safety

• Creative in developing new beverage menus and following beverage trends
