Barista for Uluwatu Restaurant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, non-coffee beverages, and alcoholic drinks according to established recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.

• Operate espresso machines and other bar equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area and all equipment.

• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure the availability of bar ingredients and supplies.

• Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to guests.

• Maintain consistent beverage quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and applicable procedures.

• Coordinate with the Service and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of espresso preparation and latte art is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverage preparation and service is an advantage.

• Well-groomed, with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Domicile in Bali.

• Placement at Uluwatu, Bali.
