Barista

About the role

We are seeking for Contract Daily Worker Barista to join our dynamic team at PT. SSP TAURUS GEMILANG INDONESIA', a leading hospitality and tourism company based in Badung, Bali. In this full-time contract role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coffee and beverage service to our customers, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing a wide variety of coffee and specialty drinks to the highest standards of quality and presentation

2. Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience

3. Maintaining a clean and organised work station, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained

4. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

5. Collaborating with the wider food and beverage team to provide seamless service

6. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role

2. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment and drink recipes

3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

4. Good time management and multitasking abilities

5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

6. A passionate and creative approach to the craft of coffee making
