Bali Medical Case Manager (Doctor)

About the role

The Medical Case Manager will manage medical cases of international seafarers, coordinating treatment with hospitals and specialist doctors, communicating with overseas case managers, and leading a regional support team in Bali (Denpasar).

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient cases from intake to MMI (Maximum Medical Improvement)

• Coordinate treatment and approvals with specialists

• Develop and update individual care treatment plans

• Communicate case progress in English with overseas medical case managers

• Maintain accurate case documentation and reports

• Manage small team of admin/nurses

• Lead daily briefings with admin and nurse

• Coordinate and communicate with partner hospitals
