Assistant Project Manager (Content Production)

About the role

Assistant Project Manager responsible for managing content production operations, from coordinating fashion shoots, managing visual assets, to daily operational administration.

Key responsibilities

• Source and coordinate third-party teams (Models, MUA, Hairstylists) for fashion shoots

• Ensure fashion shoot operational readiness (accommodation, catering, wardrobe, and equipment), and monitor live session progress

• Prepare cost estimates, verify third-party invoices, and reconcile with Finance team

• Archive content assets (RAW and edited) to NAS and spreadsheet, and curate catalog fashion

• Distribute briefs, design layouts, and daily tasks to Graphic Design Coordinators and Potographers/Editors

About you

• Experience in creative production project management or fashion shoot coordination

• Detail-oriented in administrative matters, data entry, and basic budgeting

• Able to collaborate with various parties (designers, potographers, models, MUA)
